Marshall County, West Virginia deputies say a man was arrested after a chase resulted in a deputy being injured.
Officials in Marshall County say they received a call from Ohio County to check on a stolen Kia Telluride, that was last pinged by GPS at Kansas Ridge Lane in Moundsville.
Deputies say they did not find the vehicle at the location, but while searching the area they found the vehicle heading towards Robert's Ridge Road.

Officials say the Telluride veered over to the right side of the cruiser and forced its way past the cruiser, ramming the passenger side.
Deputies say during the chase, the driver later identified as Koleton Caruso, continued on Kansas Ridge Lane and rammed into another cruiser head-on.
Caruso allegedly continued speeding, was traveling in the left lane, and was driving recklessly with disregard for anyone's safety.

Deputies say they chased Caruso through multiple Marshall County roads and fields, where Caruso eventually stopped on Shoestring Lane after losing a real tire.
Caruso allegedly ran on foot after stopping the vehicle into a wooded area where deputies were able to arrest him.
Caruso allegedly told deputies that he was high on meth. Deputies say they found two baggies of white powdery substance that tested positive for meth on Caruso. Officials say the weight of the suspected baggies equaled 89.9 grams. They also allegedly found 8 white tablets that resembled Xanax. Deputies also say Caruso had an odor of alcohol on his breath and they found an empty bottle of Southern Comfort on the passenger seat.
