MOUNDSVILLE, W.Va. (WTRF) -- Anyone looking for a new pair of shoes just in time for spring can check out some brand-name footwear and support a great cause all at the same time.
Shoe Sensation, with several locations throughout the area, is supporting the American Heart Association's "Life is Why" campaign.
It's a nationwide endeavor with a goal of $100,000 dollars.
Money raised will help fund research that will benefit heart and stroke patients.
It will also fund CPR training for over two million high school students.
The staff at Shoe Sensation in Moundsville say they are thrilled to be involved in the campaign.
To donate just stop in any one of those locations and you can donate. You will get a heart to put on the wall. It will be for anybody and the reason you are donating. It could be your family member some body you know that has heart trouble. But we'er working with the American Heart Associationto get as many donations as we can.
